National Safety Apparel

In 1935, Walter Grossman started his company making protective apparel in his father’s basement for foundry workers, welders, and workers in environments who are exposed to high heat on a regular basis.  Today the company is known as the National Safety Apparel (NSA) and manufactures products such as Arc Flash Suits & Kits, High Voltage rubber gloves & Kits, FR/AR Head Protection, men and women’s FR Work Wear, High Vis work wear, to name a few.  More recently, NSA made strategic acquisitions in Union Line, DRI FIRE, TECGEN Spentex, Vizable FR, so that NSA could offer the widest selection of products and technologies to our FR and Arc Flash customers.   Our products met CAT 1 through CAT 4 ratings and have a wide range of calories/cm² to meet your requirements.  In addition, our products meet some or all of the following standards:  ASTM F1506, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112.
